bookmyryde.in (“Book My Ride”) is owned and operated by Tania Tours and Travels Chennai, a proprietorship of Sudarsan P R, registered at No. 2 Rajeswari Nagar, Ayathur, Veppampattu, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu 602024 (GSTIN 33BQBPS3459M2ZE, Udyam UDYAM-TN-24-0002579). By making a booking on this site, by phone or on WhatsApp you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Outstation one-way and round-trip taxi services, local hire and holiday packages across India, with a driver supplied by us. Vehicle category, pickup time and route are as shown in your booking confirmation.

Fares and payment

• The fare shown before you confirm is the fare you pay for the booked route and vehicle. It includes vehicle charges, driver allowance and applicable taxes.
• Tolls, parking, state permit fees and waiting beyond the included time are charged at actuals unless the confirmation says otherwise. Extra kilometres or hours beyond the booked package are charged at the rate shown on the tariff page.
• To confirm a trip online you pay a deposit of 15% of the fare through Razorpay. The balance is paid to the driver at the end of the trip, in cash or UPI.
• All prices are in Indian rupees.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking reference (BMR-…) by SMS, WhatsApp or email. Driver and vehicle details are shared before pickup. Please check pickup time, address and passenger count on the confirmation and tell us at once if anything is wrong.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation charges and refund timelines are set out in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup point at the booked time.
• Passenger count and luggage must suit the booked vehicle.
• No smoking, alcohol or illegal goods in the vehicle.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers is charged at cost.

Our responsibilities and limits

We provide a roadworthy, insured vehicle and a licensed driver. If we cannot operate a confirmed trip we refund the deposit in full or offer a free reschedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes or other events outside our control, and our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Governing law and contact
