Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to taxi and cab bookings made through bookmyryde.in (Hakshitha Tours).

Cancellations

To cancel a booking, contact us by phone or email before the scheduled pickup time.

• Cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup — full refund of any amount paid.
• Cancelled within 24 hours of pickup — the advance or booking amount may be retained to cover driver allocation.
• No-show at the pickup point — the booking amount is non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Booking changes

Changes to the date, time or route of a booking are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Driver or vehicle issues

If we are unable to provide the vehicle you booked, we will arrange a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
